On Friday, April 25, [2008] Sally, Paul, Dalen and I will move mom into a new room/apartment where she can have more assistance. It is next door to the residence she has now and the situation is very similar so we're confident that she will feel at home after the dust settles. Still, it is a difficult transition. We feel very fortunate that she has had the opportunity to enjoy living at the Chalet these last few years and are grateful that her new home at the Chateau is available to us to meet her needs for increasing assistance. Both residences are run by the same caring family and she will be able to see her friends regularly... just a short walk away. She also knows many of the people at her new place as, they too, have made the same move from one to the other.

Jean and Naomi were here recently for mom's 86th birthday. It was wonderful to see them and meant a lot to mom. Please enjoy the attached pictures. A special thank you to them both for their time and love.
